Mentoring

The compact between postdoctoral appointees and their mentors (pdf) was drafted by the AAMC Group on Graduate Research, Education and Training. The compact helps create discussions about the relationship and commitments necessary for a quality mentee/mentor experience.

The Forum for Women in Medicine (FWIM) in is an initiative created to support the professional and personal development of the women trainees in the Department of Medicine.
