We would like to welcome you to the Department of Medicine (DOM) at Washington University School of Medicine (WUSM).
Our mission is to provide faculty with resources and guidance that will foster professional and personal growth and development in clinical care, education, research and leadership. In addition, we support medical school and university initiatives to recruit and retain a diverse faculty by working with the Office of Inclusion and Diversity and the Office of Faculty Affairs.
The OFD website provides a calendar of OFD/WUSM events, valuable information on topics important to career development and resources to help with work-life balance. We continue to survey our faculty to obtain information that will further help us with program development to address faculty needs.
