Congratulations to the 2025-2026 cohort for successfully completing the DOM Leadership Training Course organized by the Office of Faculty Development. This year’s cohort consisted of faculty from the Department of Medicine, the Department of Anesthesiology, the Department of Radiology, and the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. The course included eight half-day sessions from December 2025 through February 2026 covering topics such as Self-Awareness/Managing Yourself, Systems Thinking, Managing Others, Conflict Management, Crucial Conversations, and Negotiations, Facilitation Skills and Meeting Management, Healthcare Quality Measurement and Improvement, Healthcare Finance, and Leadership Moments. The LTC sessions were led by Dr. Clay Dunagan, Denise Murphy, and Dr. Russell Hoffman.
