The Fall 2026 cohort includes faculty from the Department of Medicine, the Department of Anesthesiology, the Department of Radiology, and the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. The course includes eight half-day sessions covering topics such as Self-Awareness/Managing Yourself, Systems Thinking, Managing Others, Conflict Management, Crucial Conversations, and Negotiations, Facilitation Skills and Meeting Management, Healthcare Quality Measurement and Improvement, Healthcare Finance, and Leadership Moments. The LTC sessions are led by Dr. Clay Dunagan, Denise Murphy, and Dr. Russell Hoffman.
