Wellness Activity Challenge Now Open, New 8ight Ways to Wellness framework!

8ight Ways to Wellness are evidence-based strategies to help WashU employees focus on reducing their risk of disease and improve their overall wellbeing. Together, they can help give us the good health, energy, and confidence to live our lives to the fullest – for ourselves, and for those close to us.

Developed by Washington University School of Medicine, Dr. Graham Colditz, MD, DrPH, the 8ight Ways framework guides Wellness Connection in offering programs and resources that provide employees with valuable and fun experiences to improve their health. This partnership with the School of Medicine helps us deliver wellness programs with support from our world-class health care experts. It’s for WashU, from WashU.
